Everything on the public record is measured by vecrid’s own monitoring of public broadcasts. Brand attribution is reviewed by a person before it appears — nothing publishes on a machine’s say-so.

Counts marked with a degree sign are floors, not totals. A stream we could not reach is recorded as a gap; a gap means we could not listen, never that nothing aired. Where a count is drawn from a period with gaps, it is labelled. Coverage is published per station.

Searching is free and anonymous. Automated bulk collection is not permitted: pagination is capped and requests are rate limited, and circumventing either is a breach of these terms rather than a clever trick.

Tell us and we will check the recording. Corrections need no account. While a query is open the airing stays visible and stays attributed as it is — hiding a figure because it has been questioned would make every open query look like an admission. If we are wrong, the correction is public and dated.

A station may ask not to be listed and we honour it. Its page is replaced with a note that it opted out, rather than removed — a missing page reads as lost data to anyone holding a link, and the opt-out should be visible to be credible.

The record is provided as it is. It is a measurement, and measurements have error. What we do promise is that the method is stated, the gaps are published, and any figure can be traced back to audio you can play.
